How to return product?  

 

Complete the Return Form that we have sent you with your order

 

Return shipping:

 

Put the completed Return Form and your returned product in a box, seal it and write the return address.

Visit your nearest post office to return the package. Remember when sending your package to keep the shipping confirmation (receipt) for your returned package.

Wait for the email confirming receipt of your return:

It usually takes about 10 days for the parcel to arrive at our warehouse, be opened and inspected by the Returns Department.
